Frequently asked questions
Everything clubs, cup directors and referees ask before their first tournament.
What is Vihellys?
Vihellys is tournament management software for clubs, cup directors and venue operators. You create a tournament, add teams, generate the schedule, assign referees and publish a live public page with fixtures, results and standings.
Is Vihellys free?
Yes. You can create a tournament, publish its public page and follow live scores at no cost. Paid plans add advanced tools for larger cups and commercial venues.
Which sports are supported?
Vihellys supports football and futsal, with sport-specific match rules such as period length, golden goal and mercy rules.
Can referees report scores live?
Yes. Referees get a personal link to their assigned matches and report goals, cards and final results from a phone. Standings and the public page update immediately.
Does Vihellys support knockout and round robin tournaments?
Yes. You can run round robin groups, knockout brackets, or a group stage that advances teams into playoffs, with tiebreakers applied automatically.
Can clubs create unlimited tournaments?
Clubs can run as many tournaments as they need. Every tournament keeps its own teams, schedule, referees and public page under one club account.
